You can do that by making a sub domain (sub-website) and there is a website where you enter that sub domain in, then it turns it into a proper domain for free. It's a "co.nr" extension.

You can make a sub domain from tonnes of places:

http://members.freewebs.com/

http://www.bravenet.com/ (Recomended)

http://www.piczo.com/?cr=3

Then go to this website:

http://www.freedomain.co.nr/

It's very simple to do, and I am assuming you already know how to code websites from HTML and CSS, Javascript, PHP or whatever. If you don't then most sub-domains (like I've given) have visual editors so no worries.

Well you can make blog, something like your own site from http://blogger.com, your blog name will be : yourname.blogspot.com .
