Is there any freight rail that originates or terminates in Manhattan?

Question

I know that there is lots of rail in Manhattan (Amtrak, the Subway, Long Island Railroad, Metro North, PATH, etc.)

but what I want to know is: is there any FREIGHT rail that originates or terminates IN Manhattan??

in another question, is there any freight that simply passes THROUGH/(underneath) Manhattan, en route from and heading towards places other than Manhattan?

far as i know most rail yards are on the outer part of the city csx has yards and a lot of originating trains that also drop cars and pick up cars but no freight moving under the city do not forget 9/11 the goverment has been looking at these weakspots  under the city is a weak spot in any tonw
