hey..i hav an anwer 4 this question..my sister went to icwa classes   and many told her tat ther is no scope 4 it these days..so she stopped and she studied in mssw..she is well settled and she is a hr..so please dont take icwa,instead do a proffessional course..i can ask my sister for more info if u want..

no steps , just enroll your name and complete ICWA , though it's not equivalent to CA , but it also has got certain value in Finance division .
