  1. Your arch won't fall down unless you wear them ALL the time. But you could get Party Feet gel patches and put them at the heel, as this helps.

  2. That happened to me because I had a back injury and by the time I had back surgery, my arches had fallen.

I usually buy the Dr. School's Tri-Comfort Gel Insoles to wear

in my flats and in my tennis shoes. The last pair I bought was

    at a Super Wal-Mart and I don't remember how much I paid.

If you go to a Super-Wal-Mart, they should have several kinds

of gel inserts. Maybe they have inserts that specialize in Arch Support. The gel inserts I bought provide shock absorption on your arches and heels but I don't know if they are actually considered arch supports.

My husband had to have some custom made arch supports for his feet to wear to work and also in his tennis shoes, but his custom made arch supports cost around $300.00.  You can find some online at Walgreens Pharmacy for $7.99 up to $11.99. One person that gave a review said that the ones that she bought from Walgreens work just as good for her as three pairs of custom made arch support insoles.

Here is the link that I found where these are a little cheaper than some of the other stores where I looked.

I hope that this is of some help to you!   ☺
