  1. There is nothing factual about anthropology, so you have plenty of scope to use what has been written about it without fear of being sued.

  3. From one perspective, evolutionary biological theory IS good fiction, since all the homonid fossil evidence ever collected from the Stone Age, could fit in the back of an ordinary pickup truck...

    But like the forensic evidence collected at a crime scene, it doesn't mean that it can't be pretty darn accurate!
