  1. A balance board like an Indo board will help you strengthen your core and improve you balance. It trains many of the same muscles that you use when snowboarding.


  2. running skateboarding something called a rip stick and another called a flow board rollerblading are all good cross trainers for snowboarding

  3. do lots of squats and other exercises for your legs. and do alot of cardio
