It would be nice to know a bit more about your league but I would look out for any of the following that might have slipped through the cracks

Michael Turner

Donovan McNabb

Drew Brees

Winslow

Braylon Edwards

Jeremy Shockey

Brandon Marshall

My guess is all of them should have been taken by then but you never know in any given draft people are idiots.

It depends on what you need at that point.  Your going to see TE's starting to go in the 5th.  

5th Round:

Kellen Winslow, Antonio Gates,

LenDale White, Michael Turner

Brandon Marshall, Roy Willians,

6th Round:

Chris Cooley, Tony Gonzalez, Shockey

Calvin Johnson, Dwayne Bowe

if your looking for sleepers then i wouldn't suggest picking them in the 4rth or 5th round, i would say  pick sleepers around 7th or 8th round, because the 4rth and 5th there are still some solid players are definitely not sleepers, i would say keep your eyes on Steve Slaton or bobby engram.
