Is there any good hart meals i can eat, that will keep me full. but still help me lose weight?

Im always ALWAYS hungry , and i only wanna lose maybe 5 or 10 lbs . .. but i just canr , or more importantly i dont wanna gain anything more,

i always stayr from diets cuz im just soooo hungry

how can i help myself

and if theres no food. are there any healthy pills i can take or suplemenst ( nateral) or anything to help me not be hungry ?????????

  1. Add flaz seed to any meal. (well maybe not like mcdonalds)

    Kraft dinner is simple and low is calories fat etc add some flax seed to it you should have texture but no taste, as far as I know you can get it at any grocerie store and it's natural


  2. try oatmeal good 4 ur <3 and will lower your cholesterol

  3. A large part of feeling hungry may be down to the food that you are eating.  A lot of people who try and eat low calorie or low fat foods have this problem and it's caused by the processing to remove the calories and fat.

    A better solution may well be to change what you are eating.  Personally I don't believe in dieting, but changing what you eat is probably the answer.  I certainly don't suggest that you go for any gimmicks such as pills or supplements.  If they really worked then you wouldn't be able to get into your supermarket for the shelves of the things - because everyone would be buying them.  The fact that they aren't proves that they don't really work.
