  2. LOOK  AROUND!!!

    like um,

tell them what you are LOOKING for in a job, LIKE YOUR QUESTION SAYS...

    good luck    :)

  3. dental assisting??

depending on where you go, the course could be less than a year and it pays good... and its easy lol

  4. My advise is to stay in school. In the long run you will be thankful you did. Smarter and have more money. People that are educated are more respected also.

You are worth it. Hang in there! :)

  5. You could try and find a job through a temp service.  If they find a job for you and if that company likes you they will hire you permantely.  That's how I got my job and I've been there 9 years now.

  6. if you live in California the best is in n'out burger place.....they pay 11$ an hour

  7. not really. you can do factory work that pays well but its blue collar stuff.

  8. some jobs on the railroad don't require but a high a school diploma...,I worked there and years ago i would loan a lawyer friend cash!!!!  LOLO

  9. gas station feet

  10. you might squeak by in casino work, surveillance or dealing.

  11. you would be SHOCKED at how much some factory jobs pay.  the work is hard, and you have to worry about the whole unionization thing, but other than that it is good money for little to no schooling.

  12. You could be a mortician, if you can handle that kind of work. The school is only 18 months. Pays very well, and is a respected profession.

  13. working as a millwright.

  14. You have left to many parameters open, mainly what do you consider "good paying"? I started out over 40 years ago washing dish's and advance upward from "A"Machinist,Bank Manager,Mech Engr Tech., Buyer Major oil Company Machine Parts, Quality/Safety Mgr. for Major Petroleum Company.

Made tons of money but never made me happy.

My experience with engineers, book and theory are great, but if you haven't any common sense, do not bother. Basically the same in all degrees programs except physicis and Medicine..

Disabled/retired due to illegal hit-n-run driver.

  15. Stay in school look i know its a pain, but you can get help. You will be a bum if you drop out.

No one hiers a bum at a high paying job, you'll be stuck at walmart your whole life if you don't just stick it out for a while.

  16. Create your own business

  17. There are some jobs such as plumbers and electrician that make good money./

  18. Construction and anything you have to be a apprentice ship...like carpenter and plumbing...stuff like that. Also tattooing! That is a apprenticeship.

  19. Court Reporter

    Paralegal

Those are 2 that come to my mind.

  20. Prostitution.

  21. yes, but almost all of them it's because no one wants to do them

    A. Jobs that are too dangerious

    B. Jobs that are way too physically demanding

    C. Jobs that deal with extreme enviorments

and you'll have to compeat with lots of lower class labour from foriegn nations, and the strong possibility of some of those jobs been out sourced. (yea factory works won't be out there for long.... robots and outsourcing has driven most factory workers out of bussness.)

    my recomendation? stay in school.

  22. not really....try technology or your own business.

  23. Education isn't a guarantee to a good job but it does help.  It depends, some office work doesn't require schooling but it's pretty boring.  The first person was correct, casinos tend to pay a lot of money.  I know of a university grad who deals cards.

If you don't think school is right for you finish your semester or year (don't ever quit half way through something because it means the time you put in was a total waste) then take a year off school.  I did that then I personally choose to go back to school.  You might do the same or you might find that you like the workforce better.

    Good luck!
