Is there any good second hand shops in Dublin? I am sooo broke for a monet :(?

There are still some good second hand bookshops left, but get there quick before they all give way to faceless developments! The best selection is probably Chapters on Parnell Street. There are also some on Talbot Street, near Connolly station that offer really good value.

You might try the eager beaver in fownes street..it was great in my day..not sure if it still there??..hope that might be of some help.aj

There are loads.  Oxfam have good shops in Malahide and in Rathmines and Georges Street. There are also Barnados shops Mrs. Quinn etc etc.  Try looking in the Golden pages or just hit the city centre.  Georges st has a few (and off that is Jenny Vander with vintage stuff, gorgeous to look at anyway).  If you live outside almost all of the small villages have shops now too.

hey loads some have gottten very expensive like  the ones on georges street temple bar ones very expensive so if you got little cash steer clear try the casa charity shops i find them reasonable

there are 5 charity shops in phibsboro

there is a large st vincents de paul one in sean mc dermott st Dublin 1

3 in dorset st casa,mater hospital shop and mrs quinns

casa on malboro st dublin1

2 in finglas village

at least 3 on capel st dublin1

all sell womens,mens,childrens clothes and shoes also books bricka brack.vincent de paul sean mcdermott st is the biggest one sells bikes,buggys and electrical goods also

there are second hand shops almost everywhere but dont expect things to be cheap in the U.K.
