in san luis potosi  im live here, and the only spa its a house with massage service in the himno nacional street ... is called "spa luna"..

but dont worry.. close to san luis have another places to have this spa service.. in 1 hr from san luis.. have a rustical and very good spa in a little town named lagos de moreno..

I used to live near SLP, but I can't recomment anything there. I always went to nearby Leon, to Balneario Comanjilla (contact info below). Comanjilla is a family-style Mexican spa, not catering to foreigners. It's not new and rather unsophisticated, but wonderful. I've been there many times and it's a favorite place.

From SlP, it's about 80 miles to Leon by car or bus. Leon also has an airport.
