Is there any good way to remove a paper sticker from a door made of wood without ruining sticker??

My nephew sticked so many stickers on it everywhere a week ago . I want to remove them now. Help...Plz

I used to have to take decals off of race cars all the time. Metal not wood, but I think this will work. Try using your blow dryer in a circular motion heating up the stickers. When they are pretty warm start peeling them slowly from one corner. You may have to heat up again several times. after you get the sticker off, if it still has the glue on the surface, try using wd-40. It really works well. Just spray some on and use a rag or paper towels turning them often.
