wish to have marriage permit which both of couple are in USA and alreayd married in USA and have marriage contract already to show in philippines. Can a lawyer cna handle to get us marriage permit if we just send our marrigae contract and importatnt document from usa ? cos were getting married this april2 the same day we arrived in philippines and we dont have enough time . thanks need advice
