Is there any half decent frozen Chinese foods in the supermarket freezer?

all of them arent horrible for your health and taste pretty decent.

But if you want authentic, find a oriental market

its easier

Not really, if you are looking at a regular supermarket.  If you go to an Asian grocery store, you can find lots of good frozen foods - dumplings of all kinds, noodles, pastries, etc.

there are skillet things in a bag that stouffers and other companies make.  They are pretty darn good and all you have to do is throw them in a skillet with some water and cook for 15-20 mins.  give those a shot.  It's a whole meal in a bag and only about 4 or 5 bucks each
