Is this supposed to be a serious question?  If so, No.  Although they might be working on one.  I heard it can teleport you to alternate universes too...

Not that I am aware of. You CAN however run the audio from a phone connection through a computer while you are speaking and use specialized software to analyze the voice patterns.

It needs to be said that the interpretation of the results of such a setup would be highly subjective, and likely require training on the part of the operator. I would also suspect that the really "good" software for this would be hard to obtain.

As for legalities of such a setup, I doubt it would be illegal if you are one of the persons on the phone conversation. I do doubt that any results obtained would be useful for legal purposes though.

I think it's illegal to perform a lie detector test without the permission of the person that you're questioning, so this probably doesn't exist because there's no guarantee that you've asked their permission.
