I will comment on the Venus and Mars aspects of the chart, since venus is what the guy tends to look for or is attracted to and mars is what the female tends to look for or be attracted to. (keep in mind you need a full chart to be completely accurate on this, but I will give it a shot...)

His venus is in Cap which says that he is looking for a woman who gives off a little bit of the cold shoulder and builds a friendship. She will be a woman with deep passions and lots of fire that isn't seen by just anyone. The female here will have a hard time providing this with a Cancer sun, because cancers are very friendly to strangers and can seem even a little desperate when it comes to looking for someone to date, especially if they've been alone a while. Cancer females usually wear their hearts on their sleeves and aren't good about not looking hurt, whereas a Cap female can go for years without showing you who she really is. This guy will like her bubbliness because Aqurarius' in general love very happy people, but he will think she is flighty because of this.

Her mars is in virgo, which means she is looking for an organized, thinking type guy. A sweet guy, who likes to buy a woman flowers and give her a nick name. A guy who likes to read and thinks alot.  His sun is aquarius, and they don't do that! (They love to think and are very mathmatical, but they aren't geeky... and they aren't sentimental)  LOL She is also looking for a guy who likes to play board games and watch the rain from inside the house, whereas he is the type that calls mountain climbing and whitewater rafting fun. I can bet that the first date is or was, really boring for one of them, because her idea of a first date is dinner and talking and his idea of a first date is a ride to Vegas for the weekend....
