No there isn't but apparently drinking hot drinks (or room temperature) are better for your body than cold drinks bcoz the hot liquid doesn't make your body change temperature bcoz it is hotter than the body. Cold liquid makes your body colder and isn't so good for your body in the long term. Stick to room temperature water 2 feel better.

  4. Nope. No risk at all.

    Cold drinks make your body go into heat up mode to warm it. Hot drinks will make your body shut down to let it cool down if it is warmer than body temp.

    Drinking both will balance out the temperature and make the liquids closer to your body temp and therefore can be used more quickly.
