  1. marijuana!

  2. Remedies such as Glucosamine, green lipped muscle and flaxseed oil will certainly help you. But I would strongly advise you to liaise with your doctor first.

  3. There are actually several. One is White Willow Bark- the original aspirin- but doesn't cause  ulcers or circulatory problems. When you first begin taking it, you can take four or five 500mg caps a day. After a day or two your body will begin to recognize that the pain has decreased. So in about four or five days you can taper down to using three or even two a day. That's what's so nice about natural meds- they work WITH your body, not fight against it to knock out pain.

Another is Malic acid. Malic acid is to apples what citric acid is to oranges. Use this in the same way as described above with the White Willow. For some people Malic and magnesium together works even better. Malic acid can be purchased alone or in a combination capsule of Malic and Magnesium  in many health food stores or online health stores like VitaminShoppe.com or HerbalRemedies.com. Also there is an ointment called *Bone,Flesh and Cartilage* put out by Nature's Way company (also available at HerbalRemedies.com) which when used faithfully helps tremendously! I apply it every night and every morning to my thumbs and fingers and also my knees. Another is Capsacian - this is another ointment, but follow the directions explicitly. There are more but these should get you started. Also don't discount gentle stretching exercises or Tai Chi. The slow movements really help keep thing moving.

  4. What do you mean by a HOME remedy?

  5. No. The only treatment is anti-inflammatories and pain killers.
