Hmm, that person did a lot of work on telling you where the actual stores are, but didnt answer the actual question- are there any Hollister or A&F outlets in Cincinnati or Dayton.  The answer is: no, there are not.  The only real outlet mall in the area is at Jeffersonville, and it does not have either outlet.  Sometimes there are little one-off outlets here and there, like The Gap outlet in Cincinnati (and that one is a real outlet, with really good prices, but a lot of the clothes also have real damage to them), but neither A&F nor Hollister have one of those in Cincy or Dayton either.

Have hope though!  A brand-new, $100 million dollar, very large outlet mall is being built in Monroe (in between Dayton and Cincinnati, at the St. Rt. 63 exit from I75).  It supposed to be an upscale outlet mall, and there is certainly a hope that one or both stores could be represented there!
