  1. yes, there are bleach creams sold over the counter in pharmacies that are safe & work well.


  2. Putting chilled (freshly squeezed) lemon and cucumber juice on your face before you go to bed each night can help...it can also help with scarring- the lemon acid acts as a fairly weak bleach, while the cucumber helps to take some of the sting out of the lemon, it also gives your skin a fresh feeling :)
