Not really. There are hotels in Toronto that are part of the PATH but the stores are not as upmarket as Dubai.

The closest you'll get in Toronto is to stay either at the Four Seasons on Avenue RD or the Park Hyatt, Both are in the shopping district that has upmarket designer stores but there is no mall. It is mostly individual stores with a small mall a bit down the street.

No, there is no place on earth that has similar shopping center similar to Dubai. They are not that high end. The closet thing would be 5th Ave in NYC or Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills.
