  4. No human ever existed or will exist that wont smile.. In the past of course other sources different to ours made ppl laugh.. However babies always laugh and giggle past present and future no matter where they are from...

  9. Smiling was looked upon as a sign of weakness in Japan for a long time until they modernized. Some still follow the old ways and others are trying to break away. They have smiling classes in Japan today! They are popular amongst the buisness population who do alot of travelling and want to seem normal in western nations.

  12. I've heard in Chinese culture, smiling is an expression of nervousness. Maybe not in modern day, but at one point.

    All human beings laugh and smile. It's part of our ancient communication system. We all speak different languages, so facial expressions are our universal language. Without words.

    it is seldom that they have anything to smile about.
