Is there any human food considered healthy for dogs to eat??

i have an almost 9 year old golden retriever and i was wondering if there were any human foods i could to him that you would consider healthy for him to eat!

please help me!

broccoli carrots chicken peas corn........all that. You can google some sites and i know there are plenty out there that have lists

Chicken and rice, but dont flavor them.

Chicken, fish, white rice and pasta are health good food for dogs.

For the most part any food that is really healthy for people is also good for dogs.  Whole grains, fruits and vegetables, meat, yogurt.  There are many wonderful books on this subject that have recipes and everything.  They'll also tell you which foods are poisonous to dogs such as: grapes & raisins, alcohol, caffine, chocolate, onions & garlic, sugar and many other things.  

Oh and I like to use vegetables as training treats for my chunky dogs.
