I'm looking for immigrant support service of any sort where I can ask questions about visa status, citizenship, etc. Is there any service around philadelphia, NJ, or NY? Or any website I can check out? Thank you.

  1. You don't need a support service for information. Go to the Immigration website as the other poster mentioned. All the necessary forms and information are right there.

  2. For the most part USCIS are not easy people to see in person unless you have a pending application with them.

Of course Philadelphia has a field office located at 1600 Callowhill St. It's in center city, not far from an exit of I-676/Vine Street Expressway.

Generally USCIS prefers you to use their web site (www.uscis.gov) or their customer service (1-800-375-5283).

If you really must see somebody, then locate your nearest field office using this tool: https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action...
