Is there any international organization which can ask french embassy, to keep human rights? and what can I do?

I am a citizen of Georgia. French embassy refused me to give a shengen visa without any explanation.They just threw passport to me I had a privat invitasion for 90 days from my french frend who is a sitizen of france. She wrote a letter to the embassy that she is responsible for my returne to my country in visa term and for all costs,which was proved by documents from a bank and work. I brought all documents they asked. they have right to refuse to giving visa, but do not have not to explain reasons with a letter, or even with one word

France does observe Human Rights,

you may renew your request, but? do know : that a visa is NOT a right but a privilege given by any country,at their discretionary decision,

File a formal protest so that your case will be reconsidered.  Be sure to attach the necessary documents to show that your are entitled to a visa.
