  1. Depends on your Background. If u r into F&B, you should join some Hotel Msnsgement Course and then take training. If it's just a plain hobby, go to some Speciality restaurant in B'lore and meet their Chef, and ask for his/her help. You could also get recipies on the net like epicurous.com(i think it's something like that....u can find it under my.yahoo.com also)
