Yes there are plenty openings for catering staff but you need evidence that you are allowed to work in UK.  Agencies do not hire illegals

Yes, there is a lot of catering work available, but as the previous guy said, all agencies will want to know your work status, and most will want to see a passport as proof.

Good luck - be careful - if it's not a legitimate agency you could end up in a pretty rough place.
