on the other side of things, why would you drop out anyway?  and if you already chose that route, GET YOUR GED.  do it.  don't s***w up your life further.  fast food is all you have to look forward to.

Yes but only through slipping through the cracks or having a work permit.  Get your GED there are lots of Organizations that will help you with that once they see you want to help your self.  No one can help a person who doesn't want it.  And they are easy tests.  In order to get a Job now you would have to lie or still be in school, so one is unethical and one is unlikely.  Once you have gotten your GED you can apply for a F.A.S.F.A. and get into a Community College, which will give you a grant of cash you can use to get housed and or get you by while you are searching for work.  If you can't afford a GED check your Adult and Family Service Division and see if they can help, some do.
