Is there any jurisdiction in the world where a person can legally drive a car alone without a drivers license?

So many people ask the question "now I have my permit, can I drive alone?" or worse, "I got caught driving alone..."

How do you get a permit without knowing what it's for?

I don't know about the rest of the world, but pretty sure the only places in the 'States where you can drive w/o a license are private properties.  All public roads require a license.

Yes, some African and southeast Asian countries do not have official driver's license requirements, mainly because few people can afford cars.

well i am from florida and you can drive with a permit but there are different kinds work is only for the hours you work school is only for school hours and a regular permit is for you driving and someone with license sitting on the other side of you
