Is there any kind of book club for plays?

I'm an actor and I want to start reading a play a day for a few years. Is there some kind of subscription I can get where they send me plays in bulk or something?

Wow. I'm not sure about any such club but that would be a good thing to start. What a great idea!

I suggest asking people in your drama club, or putting up a notice at the colleges/ universities theatre departments, and start your own club. You could borrow & trade scripts between members. It would not only allow you to read new plays, but you'll make some great industry contacts in the community.

Years ago, there was a series of subscription, hard-back plays published by, Nelson Doubleday. As far as  I know the book club no longer exists.
