  1. Try and find an estrogen pill lol technically a steroid but not illegal like most steroids, and it just increases teh production of estrogen (the female horomone.)

  2. Please do not even attempt to do this without medical supervision.

There are a group of drugs that will prevent your body from going through puberty.  The more effective ones are given by injecting.

They are know collectively as Anti-Androgens,  If you go one these exclusively for too long, your body WILL develop osteoporosis.

Your body needs either Testosterone of Estrogen in sufficient quantities to prevent osteoporosis.  Taking Estrogens will feminise your body, but it isn't a case of just taking lots of it.

All the drugs are expensive and you will need to take them repeatedly.  Your bank balance will quickly diminish.

I would strongly urge you to contact a suitable support group and pursue things through there.  I do know 1st hand how hard things are for you right now.

I have listed a few places below for you to investigate.  If you are over 16 or 18 there are other adult groups that you could join.

  3. Anti-Androgens...

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antiandroge...

Very powerful drugs used only under prescription.  Nothing otc will work.  IF you feel you have gender issues you should seek therapy and make smart decisions based on professional help.  If you do not come out to your parents, you will not have the self image to come out to anyone else...   school, work, everything is gender biased so get professional therapy to sort it out.  You can ask school councellors or you parents insurance may cover therapy...  you only have to say you have alot of anxiety and stress to start and tell only your therapist your have gender identity issues.  The therapist WILL be on your side and won't tell anyone, that is the benefit of therapy...  they are your personal sounding board and advisor and are non judgmental and highly confidential.  It is huge to have one and be able to talk about it.

  4. Why you want to take medicine for that?  Those need to be prescribed by a doctor.  Taking without doctor advise will mess up your body hormones and can lead to serious result. If there's a imbalance of anything in your body, cyst, fibroid, tumor may develop. If you took an overdose it reach to toxicity could kill you or damage your liver in a long run. Be careful and think twice before doing it.

  5. Hormone therapy (estrogen) would give you more feminine characteristics -- but you can't get it over the counter, it must be prescribed by a doctor.  And any doctor you go to will want to know why you want it and will insist that you as a transgendered person go through counseling as well as hormone therapy.

There are some otc products that provide plant-based estrogens -- they're made to relieve the symptoms of menopause -- but I really don't think they would provide a large enough dosage of estrogen to have any feminizing effect on you.

In any case, self-medicating with hormones is a very risky business and I don't recommend it.

Talk to your doctor. If you're 18 or older, you can seek treatment without requiring your parents' knowledge or consent.  If you're under 18, you'll either have to wait until you turn 18 to begin transitioning, or come out to your parents about being transgender in order to get them to consent to your treatment.
