Is there any lacrosse exercises i can do when I have no one else to help me practice?

usually I dont get the chance to practice lacrosse much cuz I don't have any body to practice with. Today I really want to practice so I came to you to ask if you know anything I can do.

no one in my family wants to throw the ball to me so I can catch it

I cant throw the ball against any wall. ( my mom wont let me =[ )

there must be something i can do?! but hurry up before it gets dark!

  1. every public park that has tennis corts , have a practice wall use it . try placing 5 pound dumbell into stick , practice one armed cradle . wrap stick bungie cords . this will retain weight practice passing very slow motion , with weight in mesh . immediate improvement stick skills


  2. It is the most simple one and if your coaches havn't jammed it into your head then shame on them. WALL BALL!

  3. Go outside and bounce it off the ground and catch it (pavement/cement, not grass lol). You have to be able to run in Lacrosse so you could set up some running drills or could use an exercise bike/treadmill.
