Is there any laws about carrying a tank of biodiesel in the back of ur pickup truck?

my boyfriend want to make biodiesel for his truck and carry around a tank, I just need to know what the laws r in florida! Thanks

as long as the tank is properly secured and sealed there is no problem.

Well, it's untaxed fuel, and that'll probably raise the interest of the authorities, who have had long experience with farmers running their personal vehicles on either untaxed gasoline, untaxed diesel, or furnace oil.  

And a big tank of flammable stuff will interest them even more, especially if he's hauling it commercially.  You need permits, placards, and inspections.

Check if Florida has a road tax.My State its legal,Texas you have to mix diesel in the fuel,like 10%.Now if you are hauling large amounts you may need a permit,which would envovle the state and more fees.But a extra tank for bio,or wvo,should be ok.

as long the tank does not spill this stuff out and a crack head dont sniff it up then ur ok
