I call them but the numbers were too busy!

I'm in doubt!!!, do you think its a real Lloyds bank branch?

This is a scam - the proper telebanking number is 0845 3000 000 and [phone] from abroad (see link). They don't do faxes.

The numbers you give are premium 07000 numbers and you probably got charged a fortune even with the "busy" tone which might have been a recording..

The Braintree branch is at 2-4 Bank Street, Braintree, Essex, CM7 1UN and their national Head Office is at 25 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7HN (City of London).

The address in Braintree is a real one and I should report this to the police.

Are you replying to one of those email lottery scams that I have been recieving saying you won xxxxxxxxx$.

They ask you to fill out a questionaire to claim the $.

They want your identity.Its a scam.

Banks will not send you emails.

THEY WILL USE REGULAR MAIL.

Do not reply it will let them know your email address is ok.

Delete asap.
