  1. no I get about 10-25 of those a day they are fake I checked with the national lottery :'(

    sorry hun

    you you aren't a millionaire :'(

  2. They are not real.  The email you received is a scam.  Just delete it.

  3. Search yahoo lottery scams in yahoo / google.  There are many scams out there right now.  It is illegal for those ammounts of money to be processed overseas.  To the right of the page, of the link I have provided, lists scams and info pertaining to laws that states how these scams can't possibly be legal.

  4. NO.  These emails are all SCAMS.. The below links confirm various email scams hitting the internet. There is also an online form for the reporting of such - (with links for your own country.)

Unscrupulous thieves have sent you this email and they are trying to part you from your hard earned cash. They will often ask you to call a premium rate number and keep you holding on whilst you rack up a huge phone bill. They are then paid a large proportion of this phone bill. They may ask you to divulge personal information about yourself or ask for your bank or credit card details. Do not divulge any such information under any circumstances. It is surprising how many innocent victims have been duped by these types of emails. Please remember the thieves who send them are very clever and extremely convincing. I suggest you delete the email and send it into cyberspace.

  5. No.  It's that simple.  No.

You have to realistically think about it for a moment.  Imagine that say Powerball or Megamillions announced that they had awarded the jackpot to some guy in India who had never purchased a ticket, but had opened a Hotmail account.  How do you think that players would react to that?

The British lottery does not award money to anyone who has not purchased a ticket.  And £2,500,000 is about $5,000,000 or so.  Sorry, but no one is going to give you five million dollars because you have an email address.
