Is there any market for Train Photos?

I would like to market my train photos, but I don't know where to start.

Yes I have looked on the internet myself before asking this question.

I am sure there are places, all I can tell you for sure is that if you look on eBay you will see lots of railroad photos for sale.

Yes, there is, but it is a VERY competitive market. There are many, many good, and in some cases, great, railway photographers around. The well  known names tend to have the markets - calendar, books and magazines - pretty well sewn up. I have to say that you don't stand much chance of breaking into it unless you are exceptionally good and have pictures that go beyond run of the mill (however technically good they may be) There are Yahoo groups devoted to railway photography - it's worth joining one or more of those and seeing the standards of photographs posted by members, day in, day out!.

Well, you could find out what calendar companies make train calenders, and you might be able to sell some of your photos there.  They might be looking for pictures.  Sorry, just a quick idea.
