Is there any medical fitness exam while joing the state excse department as an officer?

actually i'm medically unfit to join defence services. i am very much interested in the uniform services. i have pass the ncc 'C'cet certificet with 'A' grade but i m unable to join the navy. so i have choosen the excise department as my carrier option. also send me some information about customs department.

Well, first of all, any time you join a military or government defense organization, you are going to need a physical exam.
