Is there any medical harmless way that i become taller?

now i am 164 centimeters and i really like to be at least 170 centimeters height,any way?I am now 20 years old,thank you

  1. You can get "elevator" shoes that can add about 4 inches to your height, that's 10 centimeters.

    You are now about 5 ft 5 inches now, not that short, really.

    It's more what's inside you, pertaining to strength and character, than the number of centimeters of bone and skin, most people know that.

    Also, just the style of clothing can give appearance of either being shorter or taller, by how long it is, sagging will make you look squat, and short, for example.

    Being thin, rather than heavy makes one look taller too.

    Hang out with short people, or stand in front when taking pictures, because when you are a few feet behind, you'll look shorter in the picture also.

    See a Doctor about any spine expanders, it could be expensive.  By the time you are 20, I don't think growth hormones will help, but maybe.
