Is there any medication for puking?

I have annxiety and everytime before football practice I have to puke is there any medication out there that can prevent people from puking when getting nervous?? I do take lexapro.

If you feel football is to stressful, then try another less stressful sport.

Yes, there are medications for nausea, such as compazine, zofran, reglan, Tigan.  But it is best to treat the underlying cause, not just the symptoms.

Have a beer before you go. It will make you more relaxed and less nervous, hence less stressed out, and less nauseous.
