I'm 6ft 1ins tall, 53 years old and my weight is just over 11stone but my weight fluctuates, i can loose 1 stone with-in a week and then back on again a week later. This is the ironic part, i have been to the doctors and asked him to help me stop constantly eating and craving for food all the time.

  1. I haven't heard of medication to help you"stop loosing weight" but i do know that milkshakes such as those used in hospitals for underweight patients can help to keep you at an optimum weight and stop you becoming malnourished, however you must consult a nutritionist before doing this as he/she may not feel you need to use them. By the sound of what you saying "weight wise" i dont think you are in any trouble, but i do highly recommend if your not happy or are concerned at your weight fluctuation that you see a nutritionist who specialises in this area, they Can advise you further. Good luck
