There is one at the Cotswold Wildlife Park - not far from Oxford.

As far as I can tell, the only one in London is Acton Miniature Railway at the LT Museum depot in Acton.

In my youth, there was one in Barking Park.

Come to think of it, isn't the Post Office Railway built on a narrow gauge?

Harlington locomotive society i think they're called. look on google for Harlington locomotive. Near Heathrow Airport

there is one in Ruislip Lido and sometimes in Eastcote park
