Is there any music school in Singapore? And what are the conditions?

I wanted to know are there any music school in Singapore? if yes, what are the conditions needed to apply for it? Also, can I take more than one courses at one time?

My relative studying in Singapore for secondary school but going to UK for music school. I think if you want to be in a top music school, definitely not in Singapore(at the moment)
