  1. You should do Anulom-vilom Pranayam (breathing exercise) regularly. It will surely but gradually improve your eyesight.

Also try some of these eye exercises.

  2. carrots lol no id suggest going for an eye test as this is how my dads eyesight started to get bad glasses or contacts are the best answer im afraid godd luck x*x

  3. eat carrots and other vegetables, that help me i had bad i eye but now i have good eyes,

  4. As much as I wish I could say otherwise, glasses, contacts, or surgery are the only way to improve your eyesight.

I've been looking for other options for almost 20 years since I first had to get glasses and I have found things that improve the health of your eyes (which can help them from getting worse), but they can't make the actual visual acuity better. Most of them are natural herbs and vitamins that help maintain the health of the eye and I can mention a few if you'd like.

The main reason is because vision problems are a physical problem (the physical distance between the retina and lens), not a chemical problem that can be changed with drugs, herbs, or supplements :-(

I've heard of eye exercises that some people try, but based on a lot of research I've done on them, there is no basis to say that it will improve your eyesight at all long-term. All that's left after all that is surgery or glasses/contacts. Sorry.

  5. uhh maby you need glasses ?

there's really no way to make your visions to get better

    except lazic segery or whatever,

but i heard that eating carrots help :)

  6. Apparently, eye exercise are supposed to work. Not sitting on a monitor all day (having a well lit room when you do) and taking vision breaks every fifteen minutes.

However this is un proven. The best way is to go to the opticians and ask them. They will most likely recommend low level glasses etc.

Depending on how far away something is, your condition might be considered normal.
