In Northern Kentucky the only night club I really know of is Arnie's on the Levee (Newport) . . . not sure how old you have to be to get in, you could always call and ask.  There was a short lived teen club in Florence when I was in high school.  Other than that there's Metropolis at Cincinnati Mills -- which is a haul, but I went there when I was under age.  You might also want to try local smaller bars . . . we went to one that was in a bowling alley a lot.  Good luck!

theres metropolis in cincinatti... not that great of place though... you gotta be 18 but they never check... we used to go there all the time an i was 16 then
