Is there any non 18 freeroamers for the 360?

Question

i want a free roaming game that is not any gta,crackdown,saints row or oblivion,just cause,mercs or bully..

i want it to have guns and cars

i want it to have more than just cars to ride around the city in

i want to have fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

please if you know any games like my disciption or any freeroamer answer back
