Is there any non-biased news media?

Question

News media are very biased these days.

Since I understand three languages, I tend to read articles that are about a same incident from each of the medias of those three countries, and I almost always get three perspectives. Oftenly, the "facts" differ too. I don't know which one to believe.

Is there any non-biased or not so biased news media? Maybe some websites? It doesn't have to be a well known news media, but it just have to be non-biased. (Please don't say USA Today or CNN, because they are both sided with the United States.)

No, all people and all organizations are biased by definition. Some are worse than others though, and while many are biased, some have an agenda which is much worse. I read lots of them, I would say Haaretz and Al Jazeera do a pretty good job of at least trying to be objective. Heck, the Israeli press is far more open about discussing Israel's bad as well as its good that it puts the American press to shame.

I don't believe so.

The thing with media is its one person reporting THEIR viewpoint. So the best thing to do to get a well rounded answer- is read the same story in several VERY different magazines, newspapers, websites.

no dear, such a thing is next to impossible.

today, people from the media are more concerned about putting their personal opinions about a particular person, place or community, rather than telling the truth. nowadays, people find the media an excellent source for taking out their grudge on a particular person, place or group of people.

and this is the case everywhere.

these people don't understand that every foolish comment of theirs can harm the society.

Like everyone else, I think it would be impossible to find a completely un-biased article. However, the question you have asked is if there is an un-biased outlet, which is the greatest concern to me. The problem with the media today is that it is maintained by a handful of companies that control what is seen and heard and given with the particular slant they want to relay. Because of this, I have been maintaining citizens journal news site that is not bias to any particular side. To be quite honest, I don't believe there is anything that can lay claim to the title of "un-biased."  Every reporter, even the best, has a tendency of putting out their point of view, regardless of how noticeable it is.

So far, the best media source I've found is der Spiegel online.

Though, I'm sure they are biased in some way or form as well.

Unfortunately, there is no such thing as an unbiased press nowadays.
