I am a college student and when I moved into my dorm this year they gave me the landline number, and I of course lost it, because I do not use it. Now I need to know it, but I don't know how to find out what the number is.

There is a landline phone hooked up, and I'm wondering if there is a *## or something I can dial to find out my phone's number.

  1. Yes, there is.. Dial 1-800-444-4444 It is run by MCI, and will read out the number you are calling from, unless you are on a PBX system, or some extension. It will only work on a direct line service.
