Is there any official proof of a Dragon Ball Z movie, with real people?

I keep hearing things about a possible movie, but thats been for the last 6 years. Now I'm seeing things that say there will be one as early as 2009 and as late as 2011.

Proof? You sound like the actors involved are unconvicted criminals. I hope this article from Wikipedia will convince you that a live action Dragon Ball Z film isn't just a rumor or some sort of fraud.
