  1. Here are some links that we use.

    http://www.donnayoung.org/index.htm

    http://www.abcteach.com

    http://www.starfall.com

    http://www.homeschooltopsites.com/

    http://www.booksamaritan.com/

We also use ABEKA. Not free, but it's one of the best, if not the best out there IMO.

  2. Mr. Z, need some maturity do you? She asked if anyone KNEW of any free online homeschool cirriculum sites not *how to homeschool* kindergarten...idiot.

  3. It depends on your state ... go to:

    http://www.k12.com/schooling_programs/k8...

(scroll to the bottom of the page) and check to see if the state you live in offers a virtual academy.  This is public school, but you teach it at home!  Because it is public school, it is free if your state participates.

They do have an "independent" program for those who do not live in a participating state, but it is something you would have to pay for.

    K12's curriculum is wonderful.

  4. There is absolutely nothing wrong with asking for resources for a homeschool program, so don't let negative comments get you down. Here are two online options.

    Ambleside Online - http://amblesideonline.org/

    Old Fashioned Education - http://oldfashionededucation.com/0kinder...

Both of these have Kindergarten programs. Remember that you do not have to have a very structured program in Kindergarten. Keep the lessons short, spend time in nature, lots of hands on activities, use the library regularly and develop a love of learning in your child(ren).

Note: Public school K-12 programs are not free, nor are they considered "homeschool". They are paid with tax dollars and come with many strings attached.

  5. I guess you're not as fortunate as the illustrious Mr. Z., who never in his life was a novice at anything, but was born with every skill and tidbit of human knowledge in his smug little cranium.
