Is there any other FFA members on here?

Question

I am an active FFA member, but I do not know any other members hardly outside of my state because I've only been in it for one year so far, and have 3 left. I love FFA so much, it is tons of fun and I have met some of the coolest people through it. If your not you should consider it, it WILL change your life.

I am now a collegiate FFA member. I was a member all through high school. I was very active serving as a chapter officer for three years, showing, and competing on several CDE teams.

I was in FFA back in the 80's.... I loved it! I received a lot of star awards. I got to travel to lots of places w/ our chapter & meet a lot of really wonderful people. I showed livestock and judged livestock too.

Back then, girls didn't do too much in ffa.... I was one of the first! At the state conventions, there was hardly any girls there!

I was in FFA from 96-2000.  Won state agronomy contest, placed 3rd nationally.  Treasurer.  District 9 star farmer.  Winner of Corn and soybean production in ohio.  Went to east clinton chapter

I'm in the NY FFA and it's boring at first but its pretty fun after everyone gets drunk. Yes ,I'm serious.

I'm a 4-H member. I never joined FFA... I've been a memeber in the 4-H for 7 years, and am acting Vice President of my club, though currently. I really never got along with the FFA people where I live, and all my friends where in the 4-H (livestock club)...

I was a FFA member from 1960 through 1963.  Does that count.

I liked it a lot as well, but there were no girls in FFA back then.  It must be a lot more fun for everybody these days.  Seriously, you will form friendships and ties to others that will last you the rest of your life.  Don't think you just have three years left. Your FFA experiences will be with you for years to come.  I was in the chapter out of Sturgis High School, Sturgis Kentucky. Sturgis is still there but the school is not.  The chapter is now in Union County High School.  Have fun and enjoy your time in the FFA.

I have been is ffa for 4 yrs... I love (loved it) I hope to be in a collegiate ffa program in college too.

I served as president, vice pres and other offices in our chapter.

My b/f is now a state officer in Arkansas too! She is having a blast!

I hope you go far! FFA & 4-h has helped me recieve schlorships for college.
